Fine, OK, decent... No thrills, no memorable service, nothing terrible, nothing great ... just a place to stay with a shabby but working pool, a weight room/commercial laundry room... the best place about it is the great egg place next door !

It was OK...not over the top as far as you would think a Scottsdale hotel would be! The room was clean which is important. The facility should have an ice machine on the property!

We will be back! Sad that there weren’t silverware for us to have some in our room.. just plastic spoons. The breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, and nature valley bars. I was hoping for lids for the cups and at least some fruit. Other than that, the staff and room were fantastic. The location was perfect for us.. nice area close to Oreganos and a Starbucks. Less than 20 minutes to old town.

3 day stay Room had a funny odor but beds were comfortable. It was quiet. They offer free breakfast but don’t bank on it unless you want a granola bar or s packaged mini muffin. Shouldn’t be allowed to lie like that.

フロントサービスが残念です ホテル代を現金で支払ったのでチェックイン時にデポジットとして100$を預けた。チェックアウトは早朝5時だっため、きちんと返してもらえるか前日にフロントに確認したところ、「問題ない」と返答される。翌日5時にフロントを訪れると、違う担当者が「私はお金を管理していない」と言い、返金されず。フロントデスクに電話するかメールするよう言われる。引き継ぎされておらず、あまりに不親切。 また滞在期間中、ティッシュペーパーの在庫が無くなったと言われ、一週間以上トイレットペーパーでの代用を強いられた。なぜ、すぐに補充しないのか甚だ疑問。

This hotel needs a thorough cleaning and is supposed to be non smoking but obvious smokers smoked inside rooms and can be smelled throughout the halls
