I want my money back!!!!!! The room was not clean, the staff were angry and surly,my bed was actually broken and kept shifting on me there was no maid service, we were informed that there were NO clean towels and not to ask for any. The only good thing I can say is that is was located near where I came to visit. I will warn anyone to stay away from Extended Stay America Hotels!!!

We're Out of Everything The grab and go breakfast was almost non-existant. No fruit and no cereal. Coffee and muffins was it and they couldn't run to the store and stock up. No housekeeping for our 3 night stay. Took dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones and was told they were out of towels. No hairdryer available. We had to wait till someone checked out to get a hairdryer. We will NEVER use Extended Stay America again.

I expected more for the price! We got a non-smoking room. However, it stunk really bad. The price was high for the overall condition of the hotel and for being in Scottsdale!

Horrid Place Horrid place - 'extended stay' - but no microwave, no dishes, no glasses, no flatware - only one trash can - none in bathroom - couldn't connect to Internet - better than camping outside, but just barely - oh: and it's not on Scottsdale Rd - it's down a side street behind a gas station - good luck finding it

skip this place hotel no way to make coffee in the room they do not have coffee makers in rooms any more, have to ask for one. breakfast was bad only coffee and muffins nothing else. the girl at the desk had no personality more like a dead fish that talks. the office was so small I thought I was in a sardine can. no joke. you need a guide to find the hotel, the address does not match the location for the hotel, it's address is one the location is different.. there are a few other things that was not right.

Beware Bad choice don't stay here keep looking For a place that is partially remodeled rooms stink a/c unit dripped water into room all night to mention the bathtub faucet dripped all night also a very noise room next to elevator also requested ground floor of course that wasn't available but wasn't told this until check in desk clerk unable to answer questions actually very disorganized place don't make the same mistake go some place else
