Not the best of Scottsdale. The hotel could not be seen from the street, and there were no signs to guide one to it. Even GPS couldn't find it by address. The room was not ready when we arrived at 6:30PM. It took until the following morning to get additional pillows. Both coffee urns were empty at breakfast (which was otherwise mediocre).
Barely serviceable option of last resort Lobby is not as pictured. Instead a tiny room/office and messy at that. When I arrived had to wait for 20 minutes for staff to "return" to office only to be told they strictly enforce their 3 pm check in policy. Outdoor "hallways" and overflowing trash receptacles not particularly clean. Room itself was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Bad, bad experience My room was dirty upon check in. There was not any daily room cleanup during my 3 night stay. For the price I paid this was a horrible experience.

Location, but beware. It's in a good location, surrounded by high-end shopping with a Maserati dealership right down the street. Out of place even. It's all downhill from there. The office/lobby was a messy room with the "grab and go" breakfast cart shoved in the corner. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes (maybe because of the folks hanging around on the balconies smoking. scottsdale hotel Horrible. Shower didn't work, toilet leaking all over the bathroom floor and sink did not drain for 10 min. It took them 3 days to fix these problems and the toilet still leaked after that. Front desk and manager were not at all concerned that i was disturbed by this. They didn't care.

Asked for 2 beds, received 1. The worst part of stay was I was traveling with a handicap friend, & right in front of our room was a handicap spot, BUT a SUV with no handicap plates or sign was parked there, when I told motel staff about it, (which was only about 15' from SUV) they did nothing about it.
Worst and Filthiest Hotel in Scottsdale Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Service was terrible and manager rather than fixing problem said she was off the clock so she could smoke her cigarette. The rooms offered were filthy and all had broken appliances. The grounds of the hotel were filthier than can be imagined. Can't believe that the city of Scottsdale hasn't revoked their business license. This hotel is a disgrace to its brand. Save your money and time.
Bad customer service, made for a bad overall trip Front desk staff was rude, fresh fruit gift basket for guest dropped off to be give upon checkin was not delivered until the following day, remote for TV not working and staff would not come to replace the batteries, online showcases an attractive room with dishes and cutlery yet at the hotel you have to pay an additional fee to use.
