Oddest hotel we've ever stayed in We've never stayed at a hotel that does not offer service unless you pay an extra $10.00 for it. They come every 8 days. We had to take our dirty towels to the office each time we needed clean ones. There were zero amenities, not even an alarm clock or hair dryer. If you wanted a coffee pot you could check one out at the office. Along with other kitchen items they may have offered for the kitchenette. Much more but I think you get the picture:(

charge for 2 beds and got 1 queen We alway book through Hotel.Com.We booked 2 beds and when we got there they told us all they had was a queen and my daughter had to sleep in a uncomfortable chair. I was really upset. None of us got much sleep. And had to drive back home the next morning. The people in the morning where not very friendly when we checked out didn't even ask how the sTay was. I just found out that we where still charge for the 2 beds when all we got was 1 queen. Never again will we stay here.

Prepaid reservation not honored. My prepaid reservation was not honored and I was sent 20 miles away. I had a confirmed and paid reservation. This hotel does not necessarily honor these prepaid reservations and continues to sell rooms when none are really available. Then they try to blame it on Expedia.
Stolen car paid room given away to someone else My paid and confirmed room was not available and I was sent 18 miles away where my car was stolen for the lobby area as I was checking in. I would never even consider staying here again and it is very noisy and the staff is rude.
Overbooked!! When your dog tired from traveling all day, show up at your motel, and just want to go to bed, The last thing you want to hear is "didn't you get a message from Expedia?" I've been traveling all day by plane, get my rental car and spend a half hour in traffic, only to find out that they overbooked and transferred me to a different property. How would you like it? Never stay there again.

Get what you pay for The hotel location is great. It is centered near local shops, restaurant and outdoor recreational areas in north Scottsdale. However, the hotel itself has issues. I had to relocate into another room. My first room had a leaky shower unit where water seeped out from base board and flooded the kitchen area. The bathroom had a very loud vent fan. Won't stay here again. Overall, not impressed. Breakfast was Coffee and breakfast bars. Room was stark and hospital like. Not the hotel for an extended stay at all.
DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS SLEASY HOTEL o not ever stay here and I repeat DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. They sold my prepaid confirmed room and sent me 20 miles away late at night where a car thief was waiting for me! And the girl in the office thought it was funny that they sold my room.
UNhappy. no where to park. no, NO room service. NO clean towels. No breakfast. Very poor over all. Way to complicated to find. I will never stay there again.
