Good location inexperienced staff Staff has no clee about customer service. Seems like they see a lot of bad clients and assume all clients are bad. Seems like they need corporate guidance

Terrible, paid on line then they demanded a credit card at check in and then billed me again. Still trying to get a refund from double charge. Will never stay ther again.

Bad beginning that ended decently. Housekeeping needs some work. First room we got was not made up, computer said it was, second room had blood on the bedspread & a very loud buzzing noise from behind the wall which finally went away after 8:30. Brad did everything he could to help, he was the best part of it. It was difficult going to 3rd floor & new room then down on 1st with all our stuff due to health problems. This is meant to help take care of the problems, so it doesn't happen again.

Ugly and loud That describes both the facility and its occupants. No exercise room. Doors open to the outside, like a 60's era motel. Everything in the room was old.

Please do not Extend my stay! Reserved this hotel for a week while wife recovered from back surgery. The thought was the room would be home for the week including nice living arrangements and cooking own meals. The room just had the beds, a dresser, a TV, a very small table and two cheap swivel office chairs. We had to ask for a normal chair and the nice living area shown in the booking photo was a mirage. If the kitchen was a "fully stocked kitchen" my home kitchen must be ranked number one by Home and Gardens. It had no ov... read more

Do "not" stay at this hotel! One of the "worst" hotel experiences in my life. The room was filthy, the iron was filthy, the smoke alarm constantly was going off. I informed the front desk, and they didn't do anything about it. When I checked out, a day early, the clerk informed me they hadn't hired a mateniance man.

This hotel is not for overnight or travelers Extended stay is exactly that. A place for people who bring everything they own for an extended stay. There are no maid services. There or no furnished amenities, like ice, shampoo, soap or even towels. You have to turn in your dirty towels at the front desk and then they are reluctant to replace them with clean towels. There was an event in town and the price was jacked up to three times the normal daily rate. Pay a tiny bit more and stay at a real hotel.

Unfortunate 1st Experience The person at the front was clearly sick, and did not want to be there. She was curt and somewhat cold. She took a phone call while I was standing there, and her words and tone clearly demonstrated that she did not care about that customer on the phone. The room was clean, but empty. The add says cooking utensils etc. Every drawer and cabinet was totally empty. The room smelled bad (mildew) upon entering, but I got used to it.
