The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating, easy to work with. Hope to see her at the end of our trip when we return.

Night staff unbelievably helpful, went out of their way. Daystaff staff with purple hair tried their best to correct problem with cleaning staff
Simple accessibility to room and room layout convenient. Lobby location and access was not convenient.

A bit over the top; and breakfast is rather so so Very modern hotel; large rooms, fancy decor. Color scheme is terribly off. Big parking lot. Breakfast was offered in the large lobby; which I disliked. Food was ok, but not remarkable at all. In fact, the omelettes and paddies tasted like warmed up in a microwave. Quiet night, good bed, nice bathroom (but no tub, and no faucet for ordinary water, only a shower).

Thin walls The walls were super thin, we could hear people talking in the next room. The carpet was filthy.
Bed was very uncomfortable
