Room was clean but smelled of cigarettes

Rated a 3 star hotel when it was on the level of a Motel 6. No customer perks. No complimentary provisions like bottled water. Cheapest soap and shampoo available. Poor vending machine selection. The only positive was the location.

Why change SUPERB? As the saying goes, Some things NEVER CHANGE! When everything is as great as always, it is very good that there is no change from the last dozen times (or more) that I've stayed @ Extended Stay!
