Great Easy check in, small kitchenette is great!
Smooth Chill
Air conditioning out! Stay was good. Forced into leaving our home by a/c going out, we found Ex Stay America in Kierland area of Phoenix. Service was friendly, but understaffed and lack of response was evident. However, it was clean comfortable and best of all, cool!
Not bad Carpet needs shampooing, room otherwise was clean.
The usual My Extended Stay trip was very comfortable as usual. Everything was as great & comfortable as always.
Hotel claims full kitchen, but there is no dishes, no pots, even no coffee maker.
For the money, this property was not up to expectations. Noisy fans, street noise, uncomfortable beds, late check out was 11:30 am (not helpful), driveway blocked by downed tree, dirty property (cigarette butts and dog poop), no place to put cigarette butts or bags to pick up dog poop (no containers visible). Disappointing.
