The room was okay but the AC unit was blocked by the first bed from getting around the room good. The bathroom was small and the TV stations were very limited. For the cost it was not a good stay at all as I paid $135 and expected more. It was about as good as the old Motel 6 and I would probably give it a better review for around $60 a night because that is the most it is worth!

Close to many restaurants and shopping Great stay. Very close to shopping. Clean room. Bed was not very comfortable for me. Bathroom door hits toilet and does not open 100% Overall a good stay

You get what you pay for This is a surprisingly run-down hotel in a nice area of town.

Great for walking to local eateries and shopping in Scottsdale. One thing I love to do when traveling is take relaxing baths, which I couldn't do because the tub would only fill up half way. Another thing is that room needs a serious upgrade and did not have a blow dryer which most hotels do. Other then that, the room was good. It was easy to work the thermostat and the bed was comfortable.

Central location, great hotel Great location in Scottsdale. A little difficult to find even with navigation. It's not on Scottsdale road. Overall excellent value.

It was just "OK". This hotel does not offer housekeeping. It was just a room with a bed. This place would be good for a one night stay, but i don't stay here again if I plan to stay for more then one night.

Stayed here as only available option for under $200 night. No other alternative as it was emergency situation. Room had strong odor. Air conditioner really loud and didn't maintain temp very well. Small lobby. Property is run down and didn't seem very clean.

I had room 120 next to the office. From 6:00 a.m. Every day I hD the office door slamming shut TWICE for every person who came into office for breakfast or check-out. Four morning of not just NO sleep, but also a constant slamming shut of the door. Horrible
