great stay great one night stay quick and easy staff was great and we enjoyed the hotel we would go back in a second
affordable stay OK if you just need an affordable place to stay. room is clean and functional. 1980 appearance with little upgrades. No ice machine but it has a fridge to make ice cubes. You go to the office for kitchen utensils and towels. the help was friendly but they had little info about surrounding area-restaurants, grocery and drug stores etc. I would stay again if only for the convenience

Good location, value and nice rooms Hotel was in a great location, was in good condition, good value. My only suggestion is to replace the trees which drop a leafy substance on the cars.

The hotel is decent and affordable. Easy parking. Free wifi is very slow.

My stay at extended stay america I found the hotel to be very quit and well managed. You cant ask for better service. You pay extra for the room cleaning but my wife and I were gone most of the time and didn't feel we needed it. We are adults and can straighten it ourselves. Most of the rooms in phoenix were a lot more breakfast was great if you like muffins and great coffee.

Good Location On the positive side, we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping...very convenient to streets and highways we needed to reach. However, we had trouble with our reservation ...our guaranteed room was not to be had. We were disappointed in the breakfast area...it isn't big enough to stay in. You have to grab your stuff and take it outside and stand or go back to your room.
