There was no ice available. They said there were ice trays in the fridge in the room but there were none. The floor was not vacuumed because we found some change on it. The so called breakfast was to start at 6:30AM, the muffins arrived at 8:00AM. There was no milk to put on the oatmeal. The oranges were very old and dry. The cover on the air conditioner was broken and rattled all night.
It was fine for the price. It was fine, fair price. Room smelled kind of strange but not bad

convenient location Very clean, comfortable.
Decent place to rest your head Check in clerk was rude. He didnt smile, ask how I was today, or even ask how he could help me. I walked up to the counter and he just stared at me with a blank stare. No people skills. To most people this doesnt matter but to me customer service is number one. Besides that the bed was comfy, shower worked fine, and the tv did what it was supposed to. no coffee Nice hotel and staff was very nice with our late check in. However no coffee or coffee pot in the room, apparently you have to request one. Also the address is on Scottsdale Rd. yet very hard to find, cannot see sign from Scottsdale Rd. had to use GPS to find hotel because it sits behind other buildings. Overall room was nice and comfortable and would recommend.
stop over in Phoenix I would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent. The room was very clean. And the location was great. Really got my money's worth.

Good hotel for events at WestWorld. Good Hotel but the room was not real clean. Refrig and bathroom was dirty.
