I couldn’t stay the night in the hotel room because it stunk like cigarettes (my room was nonsmoking). I had to find and pay for a new hotel because no one at the front desk would offer a solution. Also the refrigerator didn’t work so I couldn’t keep my food that needed to stay cold — another waste of money. Awful experience.

Not Clean... It was gross. Normally I don't make a point of giving negative reviews, but literally I was grossed out. And I've stayed at low-rent spots before.

Within walking distance We wanted a queen size bed. We got a full size bed. The bed was so uncomfortable that both of us had back problem for two days after we stayed there. We asked the front desk for help and they said the manager was not there and there was nothing she could do. The worst hotel that I have ever been in..

I won't be going back to this extended stay Hotel room was not in the best of shape. Breakfast was none existent. People staying at hotel were weirde and hanging outside the ground floor rooms!

Dirty and smelled Got a non smoking room. Overwhelmingly smelled like smoke. Blankets had cigarette burns in them. No phone, no iron

FILTHY and BROKEN This room was a dump! Filthy broken things all over - will never stay at an Extended Stay again

Not impressed at all! "they only clean the room once a week" I stayed there because of a surgery, what a nightmare. More of a crack addict hotel.

no body soap, facial tissue, lotion, shampoo. Blankets were really old and thin. no microwave glass plate that sits in microwave. Passage ways were dirty and full of cigarette butts

Not a good experience I didn't even stay because they sent me to another hotel. It was a horrible night. I think i should be given free rooms for what I went through
