Horrible!!! First, arrived 7 pm, given undesirable room under stairs, asked for another, said they were already full (though parking lot wasn't) Room is tiny. It's supposed to be a Queen room, but bed isn't queen-sized, it sagged, and linens barely covered the mattress. No luggage rack, no hairdryer, not even a pen and paper. No water glasses (Was told I had to go to front desk to get such things), and glasses I received were damaged/cloudy plastic. Closet has only a curtain, no door, and only four plastic hangars. Dirty, outdated, uncomfortable beds, smelled. Location was good though. No hairdryer in the room, which I wasnt expecting. Called to get one and they wouldn't answer the phone!

Vince was not very helpful on directions to parking for the nearby Scottsdale Stadium. He was fully aware that many of the guests stay there to attend Giants spring training baseball games but he said emphatically he knew nothing about parking. It seems he could do a little research and offer guests a printed sheet showing parking (about a half mile from the hotel). He also told us we couldn't park where we were parked, even though it was a handicap space and that we had our handicap placard displayed. The AC unit was very l... read more

Not worth the price. The room was small and not very clean. There were 4 bags outside the room on the walkway with towels and bed linens. Overall not a pleasant stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Came to Springs training During our eight day stay, trash bins right outside our room were overflowing and only emptied when we called the office to request they be emptied. I opened the microwave and the glass turn plate fell out and broke into many pieces on the linoleum and the carpet. We called the front desk for help and were told someone would come. No one came. The room was a non smoking room with an ashtray inside and a very terrible smoke smell. It was just an all around uncomfortable experience for the amount paid.
