Room clean but okay.. Nothing outstanding. I have stayed at other extended stay and they were outstanding so probably expected more.. Kitchen and fridge available but dishes and supplies on request while other places already provide so you don't have to call down for everything.. No real service.. Had to come down for everything.. No hair dryers in the room.. Also on request but unsure if available.. Complimentary breakfast area but no area to sit.. No restroom in lobby.. No early check in.. Worn, weathered, but works. Had an unexpected need for a hotel and pretty much found reservations minutes before check in. Gentleman at the front desk, Vince was very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Gave me a rundown of amenities and what I could find in the area. Pretty much what anyone would want at the front desk of any hotel. The room price was one of the more reasonable for Scottsdale, AZ, which across the board is one of the more expensive cities I've visited. The room was a bit worn and weathered. Basic accommodation Good location walkable to great restaurants. Accommodations basic nothing fancy. Does have small kitchen but not equipped with any kitchen items, coffee pot, pan, plate etc.

Adequate hotel accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff. Printed information about the hotel, room and surrounding area was very helpful.

There were no dishes in the room as there usually are, had to check them out at front desk. No coffee pot available.I had to leave early and there was no one in the front office to check-out with. I have stayed here numerous times, probably my last time. It was cleaner this stay, but no coffee pot in the room was very disappointing. You pick an extended stay for the kitchen.Very disappointed.

Great price for a week stay! Was a bit noisy in the middle of the night. Room was a bit small with having a week worth of luggage. But worked great being walking distance of old towne! That was the biggest plus!
