Mediocre hotel in old town Maid service provided only if you stay 7 days, essentials one comes to expect even from budget hotels were not offered (conditioner/lotion/hairdryer/breakfast) although the coffee was pretty good.

Scottsdale The hotel was OK. They would receive a higher rating if they provided a better breakfast. It was mediocre at best. Although they advertise a free breakfast, all you get is coffee, an apple and a poor muffin. Charge a couple of dollars more and provide juice and a few more choices. Otherwise, forget it.
Good Value Room was clean and comfortable.
Clean but needs updating.... Although the room was clean.... the mattress needs sincere updating. The springs bounced up every once in a while and scared the bejesus out of me..... The room itself needs a little updating although had everything someone would need if they needed an extended stay. I didn't see that I reserved a smoking room... yuk. But was asked by the polite gal at the desk if it was okay. Not sure what would have happened if it wasn't... as I believe I reserved a nonrefundable room. Oh well it ended up being... read more

Room clean but okay.. Nothing outstanding. I have stayed at other extended stay and they were outstanding so probably expected more.. Kitchen and fridge available but dishes and supplies on request while other places already provide so you don't have to call down for everything.. No real service.. Had to come down for everything.. No hair dryers in the room.. Also on request but unsure if available.. Complimentary breakfast area but no area to sit.. No restroom in lobby.. No early check in.. Worn, weathered, but works. Had an unexpected need for a hotel and pretty much found reservations minutes before check in. Gentleman at the front desk, Vince was very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Gave me a rundown of amenities and what I could find in the area. Pretty much what anyone would want at the front desk of any hotel.
