First room was unexcptable second room was a little better not going back

No hot water, no refund and the bed was on stilts… called front desk to get answers and I was told I had to call the manager Mon-Fri during business hours. It’s a rip off and joke of a place. Should be shut down and I’ll would never tell anyone to stay there

The room looked dirty, everything was old and outdated, very small bed with only two pillows, breakfast much less available than advertised. Staff were very nice and helpful when checking in.

I’m sorry but this place is really gross. The rooms are old, dingy, not well cleaned, broken cabinets, stained carpet, the counter is coming off, there are broken pieces on the tables and although the staff up front is friendly they are a little bit rude with their policies.. this isn’t like a hotel with service.. it’s a run down apt complex and they treat you like you’re stealing from them when you extend your reservation online (which doesn’t let you pay online). When I got there, the first room they gave me already had someone in it when I walked in, and it was a good thing they were there because the key actually unlocked their door. The hot water didn't work in the shower for all three days I was there. The bathroom sink was broken, so I had to use the kitchen sink to brush my teeth. On the plus side, the bed wasn't that bad, and the blackout curtains worked well.

Late check in was met with annoyance. I buzzed in she told me there were no rooms. I told her I had a reservation. Five minutes later after waiting outside in the cold she let me in and proceeded to tell me I didn't have a reservation. She looked further and found it and then took 15 minutes to check me in.

The place is a dump, didnt have hot water & the toilet wouldn't flush. I hunt down the plunger from the maids

I’m not sure where to begin, the sink didn’t work, the shower didn’t either or ever get warm water. There was mold in the shower, stains on almost every counter in the bathroom and room. The bed comforters were both dirty. I couldn’t get another room and I had a two night stay, I slept for 6 hour and left the next morning and got another hotel room. It’s more of a beat of motel it’s not worth the money. I’m not sure I ever had a worse motel experience for $150+ a night that could be a $39 motel
