The pictures weren’t at all the same as online. Stains everywhere. Terrible odour. Cigarette burns in the sink. Water smelled like eggs and the towels had hair in them from previous people

At first when you drive up to the facility it looks decent when we checked in we asked where the breakfast would be and we were told it would be right behind us on a tiny table mind you this room we were in is about 10x12 that was their leasing office. as we were waiting for our room key a lady comes in and asks if somebody would like to drive her car to Northern Arizona and told the front desk that they would need to stay for another month so it seems like people live here and there was clothes hanging on the rails when we ... read more

Disgusting, gross, filthy room. I would have swicthed places but everything was booked. Went out to Walmart and bought my own blankets, pillows and towels so that I didn't have to touch theirs. ugh... only good thing is the GM came through and gave me a full refund after I had emailed her and sent a video of the room. That was the right thing to do, so thank you.

Where do I begin? The actual room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The facility felt like a halfway house. A lot of the furniture was very old. The bed was squeaky. The mattress was lumpy. The pillows were a very uncomfortable. You could hear everything that Neighbor was saying I was not pleased with my stay there.

No coffe maker, no ice machine. There was ice trays in freezer but were empty. Didnt find out until it was to late. No blowdryer. Not worth $150.00 a night.

Dirty, loud, no coffee maker, tiny room, the "kitchen ammenities"were 1 fork, 1 knife, one plate, and one cup. Had to ask for a coffee mug so i could at least microwave water. It was cheap, i'll give it that.

Rooms need remodeling. Carpet is worn out and bathroom is very old.
