I changed battery on smoke detector, still chirped. Floor dirty, debris in drawers. Transients in and around motel.

Bathroom full of Flies The bathroom was full of flies. I spoke with the front desk, they came and sprayed. However, flies still present and room smelled like Raid. Tried to stay in the living room with all doors closed, but they were present throughout the room. In the morning, I got out of there as soon as I could.

Hotel operational failure My room had bedbugs. I requested a refund from the hotel and Hotels.com. no one resolved this. Had to fumigate my clothes and luggage.

Stayed here in Monday night for MDW. The manager woke me up at 7am by banging on my door. Told me i didn't pay for the room and need to get out in 30 minutes. So thinking they were goingto break down the door, i packed up. Packed up all my stuff and walked to the front desk. They asked for my last name and found my reservation. The man was so rude, did not say sorry at ALL! and after i said this is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at he replied that i was the worst guest that has ever stayed. Es war das schlechteste Hotel während unserer Rundreise. Man hat sich sehr unwohl gefühlt! Das Bad dreckig, die Betten hätte man lieber nicht benutzt ganz zu schweigen von den Vorhängen. An der Rezeption gab es keine Einsicht irgendetwas zu ändern.

The hotel staff was rude. They tried to charge me again even after I showed them the reservation had already been paid for. Hotels.com had not paid for the reservation and the card they gave the clerk was no good. I will not stay here again and I will never use Hotels.com again...
