Disgusting. The worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. This was the first time I’ve ever left a reservation because of unsanitary conditions. I checked out at the front desk and now when trying to confirm my refund they are claiming I never notified them that I left my stay and won’t issue a refund.

We showed up at 1am after our flight got in. We showed up to a sign on the locked lobby door saying they did not have any rooms. We booked in advance and I was told that we could check in late when I called them the month prior. They gave our room away and left us stranded at 1am in a bad part of town. We were not allowed to wait in the lobby to make calls and try to find a new hotel. We were kicked out of the lobby and locked out. Place is "smoke free" room but it smelled like smoke . Bath tub was not very clean . Stayed 2 nights and did not get new bath towels or beds made

The hotel room was a little dated. Any repairs that were made were terrible. Not a completely clean room hair on the floor a lot of hair

Someone else's hair almost clogging bathroom sink. Someone else's hair in bathtub. Holes in bed linens. Stained towels. Slept fully clothed because I didn't want to touch the linens. We were in town for a family event - no time to find another place to stay.

Tourist, pay more and go elsewhere... Honestly, I wouldn't stay here again. The location was great in downtown Scottsdale, the price was excellent for the area, but the room was tiny, the bed was uncomfortable, there were bugs in the bathroom. We changed rooms, because our first room had carpet for the 70's and smelled like pee. The second room was better, but dirty and bugs everywhere in the bathroom.
