Interesting price for the quality lf your stay. I was expection a clean bathtub at least. Also, when I arrived at my hotel, I had to pay twice as they didnt seem to have my reservation from hotels.com. therefore I feel like I paid premium pricing for a low budget hotel. I would probably never recommend this hitel to anyone.

Terrible!! Terrible. I booked hotel last minute due to winter storm in Sedona and flight next morning so we decided to leave Sedona before storm. I booked through Hotels app. I get to front desk, the service lady stated she did not have any clean rooms ready. She called her manager, and they talked for a few minutes. THE MANAGER- gave me a room in room #108. My wife and I checked into room, and was disgusted. The room was a wreck. This $279 a night motel was the equivalent of a typical $79 a night motel except it was in Scottsdale. Pathetic amenities like a pool next to the parking lot which was out of commission. A "kitchen" with fridge and cupboards with no dishes or cutlery, not even one drinking cup! Very minimal furnishings and cheap uncomfortable beds.

BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED! or maybe you think breakfast is a muffin and a granola bar. Stayed here for one night with our too kids, the main reason we chose this over a similar hotel was that breakfast was included. When we checked in we were informed due to a change in policy during covid they stopped serving breakfast, now you can a crappy muffin or granola bar instead! Bait & Switch. Migraine after one night at this hotel I am writing this for my husband who was on a work trip. I absolutely never leave reviews but I have to in this case. My husband got his first ever migraine after staying one night at this hotel and the guy has had maybe two headaches in his life. Something was not right. He had trouble sleeping all night, loud a/c going with a bad smell in the room. The room was a pug sty. The toilet had not been, there was debris over the floor, the microwave was filthy, the water/plumbing was on its last leg. There was no chair. The light switch did not work. This was not only a filthy facility but grossly overpriced.

This accommodation is very run down and in need of updates. Beds were broken, mattresses were sunken and old, and chairs had uphostry peeling off of them. Staff was extremely friendly but were limited with options to improve accommodations. Location was just south of the old town shops but would recommend driving to old town to find parking if you visit the shops. No elevator - you must take 2 flights of stairs to reach the 2nd floor.
