Front desk hard to get ahold of, I’ll out couch did not have bedding and was very dirty. Very loud neighbors blaring music until 2 AM even after complaints, but that’s more on guests than hotel. Very spacious.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. Noone is ever at the desk, the doorknob was broken from the day we got there. We complained every day, but it was never fixed. The bed was very lumpy, the pullout couch may as well not have had a mattress, and there was nothing in the room, we had to go to the desk and ask for everything. They had no extra pillows, and the blanket was hard like cardboard.

Business response:

Dear Shelley, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay. Rest assured, we take your comments seriously and will address them with our team to ensure improvements are made promptly. We regret any issues with the desk service and maintenance, and we apologize for the discomfort with the bedding. Your feedback is invaluable, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your faith in our accommodations in the future.Sincerely,Hotel Management

Lesson learned: Get what you pay for The suite had a kitchen that was useless….no cookware, drink ware, flatware or silverware. No coffee maker. This establishment should not be allowed to advertise ‘free breakfast’. No fruit, no juice, no bagels…just individually wrapped granola bars and muffins that must have been bought in bulk several years ago as they were stale.

Business response:

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing us. We are sorry for the inconvenience you had upon arrival. The kitchenware of your suite is kept with the front desk to ensure cleanliness, and the team delivers it to your room on request. We are disappointed if you were not aware of the same. Our front desk team is instructed to ensure they inform the guests about the policies at the check-in. Further, we are sorry for not meeting our breakfast choices, and your remarks are shared with the individuals for improvement. We understand your... read more
