Location and propety were good. But staff was terrible. There was no chairs at all. Dining cahir, desk chair. We asked to bring chairs to our room at the front desk 3 times but they just said 'OK. I will boring them soon.' 'OK. we will bring them later' But it never come until we checked out. I don't know when is their soon and later. So, we've spent 6 days without chairs. My back hurts because I ate by sitting on the bed. We will never stay this hotel again.

The room with a queen bed and pull out bed. My son a I were the only two guests. The metal brackets on the sofa bed were completely broken off. There was no padding or sheets available for the bed as well. Unfortunately the hotel was full. The front desk said it could be fixed the next day. Seeing we were there only one night, that would not work. We canceled our reservation and left.

Very poor maintenance of the hotel rooms and environment. We stayed in Room#115. AC was leaking water overnight and given its plywood floor, it felt wet all over the room due to the moisture. Sheets looked extremely used and worn out. Bathroom door wouldn't close as it was broken. Shower drain was very stained and looked worn out. It wouldn't give courage to get into the shower. In the hotel corridor, carpet is extremely dusty and full of spots. Ceilings looks spotted as if there was water leaks all over.

Poor service. No one at the desk to check in or out… had to call from courtesy phone to get ahold of anyone at check out. Asked for extra pillow/ bedding for couch, and they Had no extra pillow and provided two of the thin bed spread covers- no sheets.
