Our room had not been cleaned in the slightest. Towels were clean and bedding was “cleaned” but there was hair all over the top blanket. Carpet was dirty, bathroom was dirty.

This hotel had NO TOILET PAPER!! The staff were unresponsive and unavailable. Worst hotel Ive been to in a long time.

Desk staff took 20 minutes to show, and I only managed to get them to appear after calling the main hotel chain booking number (call center, not the actual hotel). They put me on hold and when they returned on the line, the front desk staff appeared, likely was sleeping behind the wall by the front desk. Blood on the pillow in our room, bloody tissues under the bed. Duct taped together toilet tank. Cobwebs on the windows. Clearly has not been cleaned.

Bugs and odd smells There was no one at the front desk to check us in just keys to our room. The room 111 smelled like pee and was dirty. The pull out sofa had a stained mattress with dirt and dead bugs. We left the next morning to stay at another hotel.
