I left my stay a day earlier couldnt stay there anymore. I I couldn't have my grandon there cause of the drugs and garbage piled up high stunk so bad. Yeah pot smell in the hallway and st the door. Slamming doors snd loud noises late at night.

Horrid! We checked in a little after midnight as we were returning to airport from travel. It took us 10 min to even find an associate to help us. Then when we finally got to the room it was a DIRTY room. Hair and dirt were found in the sheets and quilt of the bed. We immediately left the room and told the front desk we couldn’t stay because of lack of cleanliness. We then drove 3 hrs home in a snowstorm- exhausted.

One of two beds broken, a broken door lock, and a missing door plate keeping the door oddly ajar. One of the beds was missing a 2-3" peice of metal on a leg and therefore rocked and wasnt usable for sitting on or sleeping on. The broken door lock was the emergency one that keeps the door from opening the whole way if the main one failed, except it wouldn't work since it was cracked in half. Never saw any staff minus check in. Door lock on bathroom wasn’t working. No one checked to see if we had towels or anything. Kitchen had no dishes and an outdated microwave.

The hotel room was dirty but the bathroom was worse. We were traveling with family, and had a baby with us. We stayed there for two days and had to keep asking the staff to clean the washroom but it never happened. It was a disaster in terms of cleanliness. We would never recommend the hotel to anybody.

Frustrated with Extended Stay and Hotels.com..ugh My reservation was messed up from the get go. Both Hotels.com and Extended Stay complicated this entire experience...neither seemed to care. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, the manager who helped me smelled of alcohol. The place appeared dirty. The only plus was Emily, the desk person, who did her best to help. I had to find somewhere else to stay, for my family, instead of waiting 4 hours, for my prepaid reservation to be confirmed at 9 PM. I have to up to 7dsys for my... read more

Do NOT Waste Your Money Staying Here Rooms not cleaned upon checking in. Room door entrance lock was broken so anyone could push the door & come into your suite. Poor front desk service when you complained. Should be listed as a motel not hotel. Sofa bed had stains, lights didn't work. No continental breakfast as advertised, just a rack of granola bars with a sign to grab only 1. Would never recommend this place ever.

Filthy rooms. Urine was actually dripping from the toilet, candy all over the floor, light fixture on the ground and light not repaired. Changed rooms - same story - smell of urine as soon as we walked in. Talked to manager who was apologetic however he acknowledged that the staff had been cutting corners. Unacceptable. Will never stay there again and will be in touch with corporate. Also would have been nice to know about the roofing job - loud, dusty and no parking because the contractors had everything taken. The room was good. The breakfast was not as per expectation. They just had muffins and granola bars with coffee. This doesn't count toward a "Continental Breakfast". I booked the hotel based on the availability of Continental breakfast and it was disappointing. More details should be updated in the website.
