The room was dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned and even had pee on the toilet seat. The kitchen area and counters had not been wiped off. There was dirt on the floor. The refrigerator and dressers looked like they had been thrown down a few flights of stairs. They were dented, chipped, stained and dirty. The main perk of this hotel and the number one reason why I booked it is because there is a kitchen in every room. However, there are some glaring issues. I called the hotel prior to arrival asking if I needed to bring cookware or utensils and was told that I did not, because they had everything I could need to use. Upon arrival, there was no cookware at all in my room, no utensils, no plates, no dish soap or a sponge, nothing. Very old and in dire need of renovations. Dark, not well lit. Breakfast was basically coffee pop tarts and granola bars. ZERO amenities. No ice, plates, cups, utensils in kitchenette. I’ve stayed in many Extended Stay locations. By far the worst one!!!

Door lock on my room did no work properly, the has to open my door manually every time I needed to enter. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but the just place a little table at the entrance of the hotel with some stuff. I was never able to get a coofee. It was a really bad surprise.
