You get what you pay Not a amazing hotel

Good stay but could have been better. Rooms were dirty & beds weren't made from previous use. Silverware & plate missing & had to get them from lobby.

Not happy no clean towels unless you pay for them They do not clean your rooms smell like a kennel not happy would not stay at one again did not like the breakfast did not offer too much.

Beware you might have to sleep in your car I arrived at 3a after driving 9hrs to find out my room was given away and there was no other rooms available. The front desk rep said it was nothing he could do, I asked him to call hotels.com since I had prepaid for my room, he did not know how to work phone to call hotels.com, I had to show him. After a hour of standing in the lobby, they found a room but to add insult to injury the room was dirty and the sheets had large yellow stains.

SUBSTANDARD Upon my arrival, I was instructed that there wasn't an ice machine and that I had to make ice in the refrigerator. This is unfortunate for the weary traveler who just embarked on a long road trip. There wasn't a store to purchase anything like tea or toiletries. But I must say, the gentleman clerk was quite accommodating and provided a coffee pot and tea. Secondly, my room was located near the room where garbage is kept. Could not log into the website for the internet. When I called the front desk all they told me is that the internet must be down. Not sure if it was a website issue but I definitely was able to connect to the log in page. Nothing was done about it. As for the advertisement that said they serve "breakfast". All it is is coffee and oatmeal in a pouch.

Very poor facilities the breakfast that was mentioned as part of the stay never really existed. It was just a coffee. The hotel was stinking of cigarettes smell. The staff at the hotel were polite and friendly no complaints against them Will
