The bed was too hard and the pillows were flat. Even using two I was u comfortable. Also, the TV had VERY limited channels! I wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi even with the desk clerks help.

I like that the hotel is close to other restaurants and shopping malls per Monroeville. I do think the hotel could of been a little more cleaner especially the room. My bed sheets were still dirty and the kitchen area was filthy. The refrigerator was so sticky and dirty as well as the stove.

Rooms are just ok. Blankets are very old and smells not good. Bath Room fan was not working then we got another room after we reported an issue. From that aspect they are good.

Check under the bed when you arrive, it’s obvious housekeeping doesn’t. Garbage, empty bottles, and a previous occupant’s old tennis shoe...
