Steelers weekend! From check-in to check-out it was a great stay. Close to everything! I will definitely be booking again next time i'm heading to Pittsburgh!

Fair overall When I arrived, I was given a room on the first floor. The lamp next to the bed didn't have a working bulb. Joseph at the front desk moved me to the second floor. He made sure all lights worked properly for me before leaving. Thank you. The room had ketchup stains on the light fixture nearest the kitchen and no stopper in the bathtub to take a bath. The shower was great and the bed was comfy.

Easy check in; our stay was extended by one day at the last minute, the only glitch was we had to uinepdate our keycards. Paid for stay with a VISA gift debit card onl, no issues at check in.
