Room service sucks! It was OK, called desk for clean wash cloths and hand towels and was told they had to be washed and would bring them to my room when done. Never got them! Your facility does not clean rooms and change linen but once a week?

They should have informed you that there is nominal fee for housekeeping for guests staying less than eight days.
