Nice Hotel, close to shopping and events and etc This Hotel is reasonably priced and comfortable, full sized fridge and a two burner stove, Microwave flat screen Tv worked fine, 30 plus channels, internet signal was poor and slow, cell phones would not connect, no coffee maker, one thing we didn't know is that you do not get daily room service to clean and make up the beds and etc. Also there are no Hotel employees on site at night, you are on your own, front desk is closed.

The room was nice bed comfortable. If you forgot anything at home, everything you need is very close by.

Get what you pay for Check in went okay, not the friendliest staff. The hotel seems to also put up families which are currently without a place to live, Damp musty smell in room, sheets dirty, rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis we were there 3 nights and no cleaning was done in the 3 days. We always stay in the Monroeville area when going to Pittsburgh for our daughters college, area is excellent. Not my first choice of Hotel but it was ok. Grab and go breakfast is a JOKE..
Wet hair... Everything was clean and service was nice. Only complaint was that my room smelled like a dog with wet hair that needed a bath. I later learned that first floor is normally where they allow pets. ...That explains everything. Bathroom was super clean and stove and frig was also in perfect working order.
