Paid for 2 queen beds. Arrived and only had one room left -a queen bed and a twin roll out bed for 3 adults and one child. Waiting on refund now

The room was dirty...sheets had yellow stains.

I was able to get everything I needed and it was easy to get in and out. My only issue was one of the evening ladies that works the desk. She had a sign up saying call with the phone at the door. I did that, and the reply was “what” and I said I’m here to check in then just “click.” She took care of everything else I needed but I felt like a nuisance the whole time.

The employee that checked us in was horrible. Barely talked and didn't give us any relevant information. I had to ask about all the general information. The room was not very clean. The vending machines were not working and all drinks were warm. The bed was hard. There was a child in the room above us running around until after 1am and loud guests walking up and down the hallway until about midnight.
