Booked a king size bed, got checked into a queen bed in a wheelchair accessible room. Nothing else was available... Rooms was gross, office chair was broken. Bathroom looked like it was out of a truck stop. Loud music heard till late hours of the night... Wont be back..

There were crack pipes and drug paraphernalia throughout the room and when I brought it to the manager attention they just gave me their apologies instead of accommodating me or comping me another night in a different room

Room was not very clean, tv remote didn’t work and the light switch on wall next to bed had a short in the wiring. Saw the same garbage outside for our entire stay (4 nights) Door were propped open with garbage can because someone broke off door handle.

I reserved a room with a king size bed and paid ahead for it. When i got here they tell me that they have no rooms with king size bed. They gave us a room with queen size bed. That's B S.

Bad location, stay away The front desk lady is very rude. Rooms are outdated. Guests were horribly loud. There were drug paraphernalia left in the bathroom. I didn’t even touch it. I plan on calling corporate to complain. Bad experience.

Lower your standards here At first, the hotel seemed ok. Check in was quick. Front desk informed me that they clean once a week, if I needed fresh towels to bring my dirty ones to the next. That was ok. What was not ok was after 5 days I asked when do they clean? I was told every Sunday. It was Monday. I had to book additional week on Weds and asked that my room be cleaned. I was told training a new housekeeper. I said it’s been 7 days. Thursday I asked again, got the same answer. I said it’s been 8 days. Room was finally cl... read more

Me and my family heard loud noise coming from somewhere like thumps and big booms. The kitchen area does not have dishes or silver for u to use for your food. There is no pots and pans, The bathroom countertop does not like that clean, The refrigerator had a bad smell.
