My stay was okay, however, there didn’t seem to be hot water in my room. Hotel had the basic needs but no breakfast options during covid.

Not a place I will stay again Hotel was dirty, room was dirty. We were told it was sanitized, yet crumbs on the counter, inside microwave, refrigerator and kitchen hood oily, could use good scrubbing. Smell all around.

I love the building and the cleanliness and my room. The desk clerk asked for my credit card and charged me ($76) but meanwhile I had already made the reservation through expedia.com. I asked why she is charging my card, and she said expedia gives them a fake card number, for some reason or another, but I agreed to what she said. She told me her manager comes in in the AM and to ask her. No room service offered. Room was not clean upon check-in. Floor was disgusting. After bathing my child, she walked in the carpet and her feet were black. Had to take out own trash each day. Staff was not friendly.

The hotel was dirty - carpets stained, hallways smelled bad. Room was clean with kitchenette - stove frig, but not one pan, pot or utensil. No coffee pot - had to get one from front desk. Tried to cancel one night with plenty of notice - advised me I had to go through expedia. Expedia called on my behalf, they said there system could not process. Had a message on my phone which I could not retrieve per the instructions - front desk staff said they would check - never called me back. Checked again they were clueless. NO break... read more
