The manager gave us attitude for simple task such as fixing our room keys

unsafe Lack of power in the common area made it a safety hazard

Was late to work twice due to no hot water. Only able to get hot water at "off" times. Told the front desk but they didnt even ackowledge i said anything. Could have stayed somewhere nicer for a little more.

I checked in at 1:20am I paid for a king bed for one night. Instead when checking in the staff member couldn’t see my reservation at first than pulling another customer in and attempting to charge me for 3 nights instead of 1. The first room he gave me had cleaning products all over the room(217). The second room he gave me was a queen bed instead of a king bed like the reservation said. This Will more than likely be my first and last time at this hotel. Fairly clean and neat but service was terrible.

It took 30 minutes to check in due to there being an issue with it. It was very frustrating and inconvenient

Not totally satisfied They don’t have ice in the motel but they furnished some and the shower was warm and not very hot. Hotels.com check in took forever to register at the motel unfortunately. I never heard of a grab and go breakfast which basically consisted of granola bars and muffins so not really a continental breakfast as advertised and also hotels.com Black Friday discounts we’re not honored.

No hot breakfast. No daily room service. No office area to print boarding passes.
