I had a previous stay about 4 yrs ago because I visit family from time to time. This property has gone down hill. Front desk very impolite and un helpful! Dirty facility, found eye lashes in the shower. They were having a water issue in the city, but offered no bottled water to customers. Never again, could not wait until it was over.

Off a busy road and there’s a trailer park behind the building which we had a room facing that

The rooms were dirty and bathroom door was broken .

I picked up the bath mat over the tub and there was a huge bug under it!

Never staying there again!!! We arrived around 2 pm and wanted to pay to make sure our room would be available when we would return around 9 pm. Had a family gathering to attend until then. They could not do this but assured us the room we booked would be ready and available. Checked in at 9 pm and went to our room. Room had 2 beds instead of the queen that we booked and paid for. It was just unkept, lighting, remote, didn't work. Check-in lasted for days. Room keys had to be rekeyed at least 3 times. Frig was nasty. People hand out in lobby & in back of hotel, it seemed like a old trailer park community.
