Room is not clean and smells bad. They just provide muffins and energy bars and call it breakfast. Hotel atmosphere is not that good. Staff is good though.

I was highly disappointed from the moment I walked through the door. The paint was peeling on the entryway doors and the carpet was dirty. The downstairs lobby had no restroom and was outdated.

Walls paper thin got no sleep. Asked to be moved to another room was told she'll call the people and tell them to be quiet.

There really wasn’t anything that I liked. The room smelled horribly, like wet dog. I felt like I was getting bit up by fleas all night. There was a light on the ceiling that blinked on and off all night. There was no hot water for a shower and the water pressure was terrible

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter who is in her 20’s. Upon arriving and at the check in desk I Noticed there was a group of people sitting in the lobby area drinking beers I think. they appeared to be guests/or knew of the woman working there and checking us in. As we were signing paperwork I noticed one of the men staring at us. then he started saying something to my daughter to try to engage her in conversation. we still ignoredhim. Old stale decore and lack lustre Customer Service I was attending a funeral for my uncle. When I arrived the staff was not at the front desk but I did not have to wait long. I reserved a double queen room, but was provided a single King bed. The room was old and not well preserved. The hotel is pet friendly which is a plus. At check in, front desk clerk was confused, charger me a "so show" fee. got it straightened out the next morning. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, and no ice machine. I guess you are supposed to make ice in the refrigerator, but ice cube trays were empty when I checked in.

When I checked in my bathroom was not clean. There was urine on the toilet seat. The management came up and only wiped down the seat, not the rest of the toilet. So I cleaned it. There was no remote in the room for the tv. I was told I had to wait to see if they had any extras. 30 minutes later they showed up with a remote. Terrible experience.
