Hotels.com and this hotel do not work. Dont Book The front desk denied me a room saying they had nothing in their system. I had to sleep in the car at 3am. I showed them a copy of my receipt and they then they told me that it could be a fake. What a croc. DONT STAY HERE! DONT Waste your money.

Horrible place to stay The staff was too busy to wait on you because they were too busy flirting! The hallways smell very bad so if anyone has a sensitive stomach do not stay here! The sheets on my bed had not been changed from the person before me! There was hair everywhere! The bathroom had not been cleaned properly because hair was everywhere here as well! Will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone! Very disappointed for almost 200 dollars a night!

hot water issues The hot-water heater was out for a solid 18 hours, which overlapped two times when I really needed to bathe. I ended up driving over to a cousin's house. When the hot water came back, it was tepid at best. I asked to be comped a day or something, and the gal on duty hemmed and hawed and said I needed to call the manager. Overall, it was pretty disappointing.

Dont look under the bed I booked 2 rooms for the week of 7/12/14 through 7/20/14 in West Mifflin PA. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. Our room had dirt, food, bottle caps, a red hat, toenail and or fingernail clippings under the bed. My son and his family had the same filth. We asked for a vacuum cleaner or to have it cleaned up and was told "the deep clean guy has been off" what ever that means we VACUUMED OUR ROOMS OURSELVES! Terrible The beds had hair in them. It was gross. No one at the front desk. Garbage cans over flowing. Couldn't get towels or toilet paper. Said it was our problem.

bishop I didn't get very good service and. should have received a comp night coupon and still should I'm a bishop of my church cogic and am very displease air didn't work for two days of my four day stay.

Not recommended Would not recommend the hotel for stay if one wants the room made up each day, wants at least a decent breakfast in the morning, and a lobby to carry on some conversation/work.
