Filthy rooms There is no round about to pull your car into when you check in/out. There are two double doors you have to go through which is very difficult to do with a cart full of luggage etc.. when I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk she said there use to be door stops to keep the doors open, but someone knocked them off. So fix it! Room was not cleaned and there was public hair on the pillow and dog hair on the carpet. We went to make breakfast the first morning and the pots were crusted with food. Poor service The room smelled even though I requested a smoke free room.there was not enough shampoo or toiletries not even spare toilet paper. The so called breakfast was a horrible coffee and not milk, and old rotten apples. On top of that, there was not room service to clean it unless you stayed for a week

We will not be staying at another Extended Stay! We travel 2-3x's monthly and this will be the 3rd Extended Stay that has proven to be a total disappointment. We specified non smoking, and when we arrived, our room had clearly been smoked in. We were relocated, but the new rooms bath was filthy. When I asked for housekeeping, I was told that since we were "only staying2 nights" we couldn't get room cleaned. Don't stay here When we checked in I was asked for my credit card. I had already paid through Expedia. Why was this necessary? She said for incidentals. I was thinking the fridge was stocked with goodies. Nope there was not anything I saw at that time that there would be extra fees. Room was clean. Constant banging noise coming from vent in the bathroom and it was Constant! Coffee area so small it blocks the entrance/exit when you have 3 people attempting to get coffee and a prepackaged muffin. Not all that There is a 10 dollar charge for room service. Supposedly there's a grab and go breakfast complimentary snacks and every time I went around 8 am there would be nothing and neither would they re-stock. I had candy wrappers and a substantial amount of dust under my bed and on the corners of the room.

Can't imagine staying here for an extended stay Nothing was terrible but nothing was great, either. The breakfast was a joke: there were a couple of granola bars and apples and that's it. The walls were so thin that it was really hard to get a good night's sleep. You could hear toilets flush, showers run, TVs. We stayed here because it was literally the only place with an available room; our usual Pittsburgh hotel was booked. Don't believe their rude employees. I called both Hotels.com and this hotel several days before my trip and asked to change my reservation from a king to two doubles because the person who was going to accompany me and split the bill had to cancel and his replacement would not feel comfortable in the same bed. Hotels.com would not do it because they cinsidered a change of beds to be a cancellation of my non-refundable reservation. I then called the Extended Stay hotel. I will not stay here again Positives: room was ready when it was supposed to be and we were able to check in 30 min early. Negatives The staff was not friendly and seemed flustered the coffee was always out or low The grab and go breakfast options were only 2 things a bar and oatmeal - if there were other options I didn't see them The area surrounding our room smelled like old Doritos and wet dog It was too far away from downtown to justify the price we paid $120 . Compares unfavorably to similar hotels. Awkward access to hotel although parking facility is good. Rooms do not have a hair dryer. The "grab and go" breakfast is pathetic compared to other hotels in price range with hot breakfast. There was 1 person on the front desk and when I attempted to access the front desk by phone, I got the hotel's answering service. The hotel is clean, well located, but generally lacks the amenities one would normally expect. I won't be using Extended Stay America again.
