Remembered why we should never ever stay here. First off, we rented two rooms. One was ok, the other smelled like someone had just toked out in the bathroom. I brought it up to the front desk and he said they could bring a machine to suck out the smell but no one could be in there. We just traveled across the country and now we can't go in our room? Asked for different rooms, he was able to accommodate on a different floor. Next am at 6am, the fire alarm goes off, turns out someone had been smoking in the stairs. Decide to h... read more

Would stay again at half the price The management must not be great, because no one seemed motivated to be there. You are unable to control the fan on the AC units to drown out the noise from the thin walls and ceilings. Was disturbed by maintenance before 9 am with DND tag on the door. No blow dryer in room. Hot coffee at all hours was good. Overpriced for what it is.

I was mistakenly asked to leave the hotel twice due to staffing miscommunication. I was charged twice for my room due to staff misbooking. I spent more time undoing staff incompatence than with my family. NEVER AGAIN!

Do not stay here. They have bed bugs! I checked the beds and didn't see any signs the night I stayed but in the morning we found 2. Gross! Never again will I stay at this hotel. Staff was no where to be found when I jetted out of there. Poor service!

Too pricey for no service. The room was fine when we got there, but there is little service. We had to ask for everything, towels, toilet paper, dishes, hair dryer. The towels and soap were updated once in a week but they didn't clean the toilet which was growing mold. Grab and go breakfast was the same everyday, gets boring when staying a week, need to change it up a little. For the price I paid I would not stay again!!

room smelled AC fan was noisy flashing light on ceiling when room was dark median in road made left turns out of the parking lot impossible the so called breakfast was horrible
