Family Gathering stay Room was filthy! Sheets were dirty, hair in bed, no ice machine available. Check in was not correct. Gave us someone else's receipt .

Dirty room Not clean at all. Fridge was dirty. There was a dead fly and juice stains. No housekeeping came to our room. Hair found on sheets. Absolutely not a place to stay if you can avoid it.

Terrible, dirty hotel This hotel is next to a trailer park that has had crimes requiring the hotel to put up a retaining wall. That is in progress and causing loud noise. The staff were rude and uninterested in discussing problems with my room. The rooms are dirty and the "breakfast" is anything but. They couldn't even be bothered to wipe the counter where the coffee was. I suggest you go anywhere but here. There was a Comfort Inn down the road that is in the same price range. Bad check-in; given dirty room I booked my stay through Expedia about 6 hrs before I intended to arrive. When I go to the hotel, the clerk would not give me a room as she said they had no record of my reservation. I gave her a print-out of my Expedia confirmation. The clerk said Expedia confirmation # did not match their system and she could not help me and she would not call Expedia. NOT an extended stay hotel it was horrid! The reason I stayed at this location was for the convenience of the "fully equipped kitchen". This didn't exist. fully equipped meant you have two burners, a microwave that a bowl of soup, may fit in and a refrigerator. There were no plates, utensils, cooking pans, etc. I found out that some were available but you had to go to the front desk and try to better for what remained available.
