Poor service Stayed for 2 days. 2nd , they did not clean the room at all.

A/C quit working on day 2 of my stay and the hotel clerk could care less or be helpful in any way. Hotel itself was clean and nice but on a hot day, A/C is critical

We were told there were no forks or cups clean because the staff was lazy. I will never go back.

Stay in the hotel-terrible. We really had a very bad experience. In the night time when we were sleeping we started smelling very bad like sewerage smell in the whole room..It was totally intolerable. My daughter was about to throw up. There was no smell in the Hallway but only in our room. I called the receptionist and she came right away in my room. She also smelled it bad and she could not figure out from where the smell was coming. Then I requested her to change my room and she took care of it and we moved in another roo... read more

Kitchen in room, no utensils, dishes, pots or pans. 2 washcloths period. The bed spread was from the 60's and was thread bare. The walls are paper thin and my neighbors we "active" all night. I changed rooms when I got there due to the noise from road outside and was rewardedvwitg the wiew of rundown, disgusting trailer park. Advertised as having breakfast. If your breakfast includes plastic wrapped muffins and burnt coffee. No one EVER at desk. Left a "wake up call" for 7am. I checked out @ 10:30am and still hadn't got it. ... read more

It was very disappointing I was to have a queen bed with a pull out sofa. NOT the free breakfast bar was a tv stand with small muffins, granola bars and watered down coffee. I had to sleep on an air bed. I will never stay here again. Good luck if u do

Terrible Horrific....please never stay here...you will be more comfortable in a tent in the snow

Never again! Horrible experience! Gum, hair, bugs,and dirt on the beds in the two rooms I had to get. I did not stay here, I left at around 2 in the morning because when I got into bed I found gum and hair in the first room. Got transferred to another room and there was a spider crawling across the pillows and dirt on the sheet when I pulled it back. The hallways smelled like smoke, also. I had to call around at 2 in the morning to find another hotel. I will never stay here again. The lady was nice but I would not recommend ... read more

Disappointed with our stay We were there for 3 nights. Every single night between 130 and 200 AM, we were awoken by someone trying to get into our room. First night it was an employee, the same employee that checked us in 10 minutes prior to trying to come into the room. Second night, the door bolt stopped them, not sure who it was. Third night it was another guest just getting in from the airport, 200 am, had a key card to our room, unlocked the door and started opening the door when we yelled.
