Last resort The hotel, particularly the elevator and my room, reeked of smoke and was not very clean. Half the lights in my room didn't work.

Teesha was very pleasant when checking me in. I asked her about places near by that delivered and she shared all the options with me. The hotel its self smelled dingy almost like stale cigarette smoke and the room was no different. I was disappointed in the morning when there was no continental breakfast set up in the lobby. This is something I have become accustomed to when stay at ESA. was close to our appointments The fire detector was missing, close rack was falling out, shower curtain was falling off, kitchen floor was sticky and the carpet looked like it needed to be cleaned

Not great Gal at check-in was slow & robotic; got to my 'non-smoking' room which reeked of smoke. Back to the desk, got a new room. Upon going in to use the bathroom, I discovered a dirty toilet seat. Off to the front desk to report, same gal showed no surprise, no urgency. I waited while she started to help others. I finally asked for cleaning stuff to take care of things myself. Later when I pulled back the sheets to get in bed, they were clearly not changed. Got new sheets & changed the bed myself. It was the worst customer service I've ever received!! It took 45mins to get checked in Halla the owner or manager who ever she was, left her employee and myself along with 2 other customers hanging. She tried double charging me for my room. The location isn't bad. The room needed to be cleaned! It smelt like dog urine and a bad Yankee candle.

Won't Be Staying At this Location again My stay from 11/5-11/7 started off great. Although I had initial issues due to the hotel being overbooked Morgan managed to make it happen, she had great customer service!! However, on Monday morning 11/7 the Indian woman from the front desk, didn't catch her name, not only barged into my room without consent but then proceeded to accuse my boyfriend of I smoking weed when the room only smelled of TOBACCO and there was obviously no Marijuana in sight. Filthy Room in a most odorous hotel I was downgraded to a smoking but told not to worry it doesn't smell. Well it did, bad, the whole hallway did as a matter of fact. The room was filthy, toilet, sink horrid. It was like being in one of those campground bathrooms where you aren't sure if you'll come out cleaner then when you went in.
