I like the front desk clerks they was greeting and welcoming. Ok so room was not up to standard far as cleaning the hallway smells and the first floor bathroom was nasty

It was just mediocre, morning staff wasn’t great. Room was sort of clean and it was very loud

I did enjoy the ladies at the desk. Always helpful. But towels were difficult to obtain. Lobby area is not monitored so there is noise and activity at all hours. We were on the bottom floor so we were impacted. Pool area is like a ghost town. No activity. People are smoking on premises and I found that disgusting. The laundry was nice and plenty of parking.
