Pros: the property is modern and nicely appointed, in a fairly nice section of Gresham. The room was modern, nice furniture, comfy bed. Cons: noisy. The people in the room above us thumped/bumped until well after midnight (yeah I know the hotel management can't do much about that). There was a LOT of noise from the hallway all night long - people opening/closing room doors, talking loudly. Cool staff Staff was very polite and kind. Upon checking in, the gal went and got the supervisor. He told me, that the room we had, the TV didn't work. So he was going to put me in a different room, and i told him, no, it's alright. I'm OK without a TV. In return, he told me, for having a good attitude, he was going to give me a coupon for a free nights stay at any extended stay. They have one EV charger which is nice (although it is always occupied). Anne was amazing. Rooms are well equipped with hot top, microwave, fridge, etc
