Amazing Team! Amazing property. Staff was professional and very personable. My only complaint is people smoking pot right outside the only entrance/exit to the hotel. If they enforced the smoking rules, it was would be a 10 star place to stay

My family of 4 came here to escape a multi-day power outage at home during the winter storm. Although the hotel had only just recovered from their own power outage, the staff was working nonstop to assist us and others looking for refuge from the storm. They were ready to troubleshoot anything that came up and made sure we had everything we needed. They even gave my fussy toddler a stuffed dinosaur to help him calm down! I can’t praise them enough for all their efforts.

I liked that the area was secure being next to the US Bancorp. I didn't like that it wasn't within walking distance of anything except a 7-11.
