Floors weren't mopped and it was very dirty to walk barefoot.

The floor in the room was super sticky, the bed was not like the pic showed was up on a metal frame, couldn’t get extra pillows, the recliner chair looked old, the arms of it on the end was all wore out. Just shady people in & out. Will not stay again!!!

Don’t waste your money After checking out, money was stolen out of my account from this facility. I will never stay at an extended stay again. They have roaches and Megan gave the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Very disappointed won’t be back. This is a hotel that is more like a halfway house.. furniture was discussing. Peeling dirty vinyl on the chair. Party broke out at 3am. Dog barking and whining. Hallway carpet was disgusting. The entire hotel had one luggage cart. So it was being used so I had to haul my stuff from the parking lot in several trips. Office staff was nice enough. First room we got had a horrible smell, the woman at the front desk was very nice and was able to get us another room which didn’t smell as bad. Not really the hotels fault, but there were people being loud in the hallway all night.

While traveling through Portland. I booked this hotel due to the convenient location off the interstate. However, I should have skipped right over this one. When checking in the clerk was friendly and helpful. It was all down hill from there. After checking in on the way to the room we saw a huge pile of trash bags and cardboard towards the back of the lobby. Then the room….. The first thing I saw when entering the room.
