First room we got had a horrible smell, the woman at the front desk was very nice and was able to get us another room which didn’t smell as bad. Not really the hotels fault, but there were people being loud in the hallway all night.

While traveling through Portland. I booked this hotel due to the convenient location off the interstate. However, I should have skipped right over this one. When checking in the clerk was friendly and helpful. It was all down hill from there. After checking in on the way to the room we saw a huge pile of trash bags and cardboard towards the back of the lobby. Then the room….. The first thing I saw when entering the room. Homeless Shelter Patrons had an appearance of possible homelessness and drug use. They we congregating outside and in lobby area. Checked in to my room. Found that the TV did not work after spending 15 minutes trying to find problem. Went down to the front desk and the attendant said he could not come up to help me, and that there were no more rooms though it sounded like a lie. I asked for my funds returned and left that hotel. They take your money instantly and I'm still waiting to see the reversal of funds back into my ac... read more

There was no breakfast to go bag as advertised. People smoking by the entrance. People in just laying on the furniture who was staying there unsafe. Wifi didn't work staff was no help TV only worked on one channel. One of the WORSE 4 nights stay every.
