When we arrived the entire hallway outside of our door, including in front of our door was covered in open bins and boxes of random stuff from whoever was moving in or out of the Extended StayAmerica room next to ours they were very noisy and all of their stuff smelled poorly, and they had lots of cats

Nightmare at Extrnded Stay This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. First of all all the druggies floating around inside and outside. Hallways stank of cigarettes, pot and drugs. Someone had crapped beside the elevator. The room smelled bad , and didn’t have any pillows. We turned around and asked for a refund. Stayed somewhere else.

This place was horrible. Filthy room, dogs running in the hallway, no help at front desk.

Hotel Manager charges for service animals and has stated paper work doesn’t prove they are service animals. Completely unprofessional and very rude.

For a room that it supposed to be non smoking, I think the previous tenants could not read the no smoking signs. I had to open the window to get the smoke smell almost out. 40 degrees outside by the way. When you turned on the heater the smell returned...

I expected better customer service and although the accommodations were suitable, it was not what I initially booked. They gave my booking away and I had to re-book a smaller room and pay more money. The front desk attendant at check in was not friendly and she stated it was out of her control. Portland had seen some bad weather the previous days and I understood that the hotel was overbooked and overburdened with guests, however, as a traveler from out of state with a reservation and paid prior to arrival, I still expected ... read more
