The manager Ruby was very rude and harassed my kids and myself. She was forcing me to pay a fee for my service animal and stated that paperwork wasn’t proof. She also stated that the only way to avoid the fee was to get rid of my service animal. One of her employees told us to take the smoke detector down cause even after changing the battery it was still beeping like it had a dead battery so Ruby was going to charge us stating her employees would never tell someone to take those down. When we arrived the entire hallway outside of our door, including in front of our door was covered in open bins and boxes of random stuff from whoever was moving in or out of the Extended StayAmerica room next to ours they were very noisy and all of their stuff smelled poorly, and they had lots of cats

Nightmare at Extrnded Stay This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. First of all all the druggies floating around inside and outside. Hallways stank of cigarettes, pot and drugs. Someone had crapped beside the elevator. The room smelled bad , and didn’t have any pillows. We turned around and asked for a refund. Stayed somewhere else.

This place was horrible. Filthy room, dogs running in the hallway, no help at front desk.

Hotel Manager charges for service animals and has stated paper work doesn’t prove they are service animals. Completely unprofessional and very rude.
