Well I booked my room about 10;35 pm , decided to go to dinner whit friends , and then to my room by then is :130 am doors at hotel is locked and she told me she couldn’t check me in cuz it was all ready past midnight, had to sleep in my truck so mad , me and my little baby dog

Did not stay at extended stay. They did not let me check in. I got in very late to Portland and Extended Stay did not accept check ins after midnight. I ended up walking to a Hampton Inn that did low late check ins and they happen to have one room left. Well never again book with Extended Stay and to be honest, the Expedia AI agent on chat did not work as well. Could not get assistance at all, had to figure it out all on my own.

I can send some pictures, if you would like!!! The floors, carpets super dirty, the elevator floor and walls super dirty!ASO… The staff was nice and helpful!!!

Booked them through Expedia for a 4 night stay with 2 queen bed and Kitchen since we had a baby. When we arrived to check-in at around 11PM, they bluntly mentioned that they don't have any more rooms and that they can do nothing about it. They asked us to contact Expedia for "refund" (its just not about refund, we need a place to stay!). Front desk didn't even care a little bit that we had a baby as well and we are stuck without a place to stay. They asked us to go out and find another place that late in night! We booked 3 Delux studio through hotels.com. When we went to the property, the property manager said the hotel is overbooked and only two rooms available. When he spoke to hotels.com, he said room with single bed is available. We have to adjust for smaller room which was uncomfortable, and the whole fiasco took 3 hours from our trip.
