For a room that it supposed to be non smoking, I think the previous tenants could not read the no smoking signs. I had to open the window to get the smoke smell almost out. 40 degrees outside by the way. When you turned on the heater the smell returned...

I expected better customer service and although the accommodations were suitable, it was not what I initially booked. They gave my booking away and I had to re-book a smaller room and pay more money. The front desk attendant at check in was not friendly and she stated it was out of her control. Well I booked my room about 10;35 pm , decided to go to dinner whit friends , and then to my room by then is :130 am doors at hotel is locked and she told me she couldn’t check me in cuz it was all ready past midnight, had to sleep in my truck so mad , me and my little baby dog

Did not stay at extended stay. They did not let me check in. I got in very late to Portland and Extended Stay did not accept check ins after midnight. I ended up walking to a Hampton Inn that did low late check ins and they happen to have one room left. Well never again book with Extended Stay and to be honest, the Expedia AI agent on chat did not work as well. Could not get assistance at all, had to figure it out all on my own.
