Expedia screwed everything up. Expedia doubled booked and did not pay out enough for the damages. Plans were made based off the booking and damages occurred when Expedia did not honor the booking. Time ultimately cannot be bought back.
Staff unprofessional. Need to hire front desk staff, who can assist customers needs without confrontation.
The area is an industrial park setting. Most pattruns are long time. The room was. Eat up. Holes in the walls. Toilet wasn't clean. Shower floor was very dirty.
Sticky floor. Room smells like old sweaty shoes. Bathroom smells like urine. Window blinds were broken. Key cards stopped working and front desk person couldn’t get it to work. A bunch of customers were in the lobby complaining about their key cards not working either. Hotel ran out of towels and shampoo. Elevator smelled like weed. Would not go back to this place even if it was free.
To much loitering unsafe
The manager Ruby was very rude and harassed my kids and myself. She was forcing me to pay a fee for my service animal and stated that paperwork wasn’t proof. She also stated that the only way to avoid the fee was to get rid of my service animal. One of her employees told us to take the smoke detector down cause even after changing the battery it was still beeping like it had a dead battery so Ruby was going to charge us stating her employees would never tell someone to take those down.
