장기 투숙 전용 호텔 저렴한 가격으로 장기 투숙을 할 경우 적합한 호텔인 것 같습니다. 하지만, 호텔 시설이나 청결함 그리고 전체적인 관리상태가 그리 높은 수준은 아닙니다.

Just OK For the price, you can find something better. Room was not really super clean, bed/pillows smelled musty. Hair in shower.

Uncomfortable sheets Cheap sheets with low thread count, made me think there were bed bugs. Equipment like drawers were marked, recliner had cracks in it, and pictures were missing, so was not in good repair. At my 6:00 AM check out front desk had sign saying “Dial ‘0’ for night attendant” there was no phone in the lobby, or breakfast room; I found one in the workout room. Add to the sine where the phone is. I will not be back to this location.

Dirty and smelly When we first walked in you notice two things- the smell (like stale urine), and the stained carpet. The bathroom sink had beard stubble in and around it and the bathtub had a few hairs too. The mattresses were NOT queen like promised. They were full size. They were also old and lumpy. The "breakfast" was granola bars and packaged oatmeal. Nothing at this Extended Stay America was even O.K. Don't stay here!

difficult to find The signage on the hotel did not enable us to locate the hotel. It was off the street and behind hedges. The front desk person did not seem to know the area, nor how to direct us to the hotel. The carpet was worn and there was not daily maid service. We would not stay there again.

Mold! The first room they put us in had a funky smell and black mold in the bathroom! They did move us to a different room, but were not concerned at all about the mold. Carpet was very worn.

Not the best place to stay The comforter and pillows on the bed smelled horrible. It smelled like a sweaty body. The dining table had food dried on the side of the table. And the white towels are not soft they are hard and discolored. I should have taken pictures of the table. The pillows and the comforter on the bed is really saddening. I called the front desk and requested new pillows and a comforter. I was schedule to stay for two nights but I only stayed one night and checked out the following day.

Will Never Go Back We had requested a queen bed, and got a double. The room was clearly marked "No Smoking", but smelled like an ashtray. I have asthma, and was not pleased. I had to wash extra clothes when we got home, because they stunk of cigarrette smoke. I called downstairs and requested an extra bedside light (there was only one). The desk person never called me back to confirm that there was or wasn't a spare lamp. Thank you.
