DIRTY! I reserved my room in advance. I checked in late. At first glance the room seemed nice. Opened the freezer to find crumbs and a short curly hair. The cook top had crumbs on it. The dishwasher was dirty. Called the front desk they stated they had a lot of check outs and didn't get all the rooms cleaned. I was willing to keep the room IF the bed was clean. Cut Rate Hotel The staff at this hotel is horrid. I watched people wait for hours for a room. In the fridge of my room there was a bag of rotting oranges. When I brought them to the front desk they didnt offer or send anyone to clean the fridge.

Will not book ever again. Obviously I didn't do my research before booking Extended Stay America. First, you they clean your room on daily basis. They do it on WEEKLY basis. Second, you need to ask for shampoo which is not provided in the room. Lastly, the internet... They stated free wifi, the truth is it's like 56k speed. If you need faster, there's a $2.99 per day if you want high speed internet. Will never stay here ever again.

Very rude Extended Stay America Portland - Hillsboro overbooked their hotel and when I went to check in at 2:50pm (check in wasn't until 3:00pm) they said that they were full, that I could not stay there that night and that was that. They were COMPLETELY RUDE and sent me on my way. No offer to help me get another room somewhere else. No kind words of, "I'm sorry." or anything of that nature. You have been warned This is not a hotel. This is an extended stay, and it feels more like a trailer park. Managers welcome all kinds of guests and their behaviors, including (but not limited to) blasting music, screaming babies, barking dogs, etc. This is a great option for college kids not wanting to sleep in their cars. The doors lock just fine, and that is where the good things about this hotel end. I cannot waste any more of my life thinking about this hotel, so do yourself a favor and stay away.

Needs improving We stayed two nights. Once someone came to the counter they were usually helpful and friendly. Overall impression was good. Room needed updating. Cooking facilities were sparse. Did have a refrigerator, microwave and small stovetop, but cooking supplies were very limited. Bath area was clean, bathroom was very tight. Bath drawers were dirty, and had hair inside them which made us doubt the cleanliness of the linens. Bed was hard, pillows were worse.

Mold and worn leather Though the person working the front desk was very helpful, my husband and I were very disappointed with our room. The free wifi had a weak signal. The lounge chair in the room had very worn leather; I have seen nicer chairs at goodwill. Also the te in the shower was moldy. And the breakfast of packaged muffins was pitiful.
